CHALLENGE

We created the 4Ddoors brand back in 2012 to tell the story of a new kind of garage door company. A high-end product developed in Germany featuring technology and aesthetics to challenge the limitations of traditional garage doors in Australia. 10 years on, the market is demanding next level refinement and with 4D doors featuring on the 2021 season of The BLOCK, they were keen to introduce its innovations to a much broader audience.

To showcase the style, technology and premium nature of this innovative product, Brands to life® developed an alluring campaign for those who appreciate the finer things in life, titled ‘Garage Doors Redefined’. Produced with a deep, cinematic mood, featuring a TV spot and digital and social activations that show a very different side to garage doors.

IMPACT

The first ever advertising for 4Ddoors was launched during the 2021 season of The Block. Their brand was the chosen featured garage door product of the season due to both their technical excellence and designer options. Brand awareness and recall increased significantly across the reseller and consumer markets, both understanding the premium position of 4Ddoors in the garage door marketplace. Reseller brand uplift was ‘huge’ and they’re proud to support a brand they feel is ‘sexy’ – something never seen before in this category.
